CHARLIE MALOUF

PRESIDENT & CEO

Charlie joined Broad River in 2005 as a Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer. In 2015 he took the helm as President and CEO and acquired majority ownership of the company in 2018. Since then, he has been uncompromising in his commitment to inspiring growth and instilling purpose within the Broad River family, the home furnishings industry, and the entire community. His strategic leadership has helped guide the Company to achieve premier financial outcomes year after year.

In 2020, Charlie was named by the Charlotte Business Journal as one of Charlotte’s Most Admired CEOs. This award recognizes established local leaders who have a strong vision for their company, commitment to culture in the workplace, and made significant contributions to the local community.

MANNY RODRIGUEs

Manny joined Broad River in 2014 as the Director of Talent, was elevated to Sr. Vice President of Human Capital in 2015, and became a partner in 2016. With a background in consulting and executive management, he took the lead as Chief Operating Officer in 2018 after participating in the management buyout of the company. Manny’s leadership and innovative spirit have revolutionized the employee and guest experiences, inspiring a high-performance workplace and a strong guest culture.

In 2019, Manny was honored as a recipient of the Charlotte Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40. This award recognizes local business and civic leaders who have demonstrated a commitment to their career and community.
