THE ARC
Systemic racism, unconscious bias, micro and macro aggressions, and lack of representation is a reality for people of color.
The Anti-Racism Council (ARC) was formed to provide our Memory Makers with a platform to support an inclusive and equitable environment at work and within our communities. As we move forward together on this journey, everyone is encouraged to participate and do their part to make Broad River a place where everyone feels respected, valued, and able to reach their full potential.
