These promotions highlight the company’s commitment to growth and its focus on developing strong leadership to drive future success. “These promotions reflect our growth and the dedication of our team to our purpose of furnishing life’s best memories,” said President and CEO Charlie Malouf. “These leaders have been essential to our journey, and we’re confident their talents will continue to shape our future.” Stacey McCormick to Executive Vice President, Retail Performance: Stacey will focus on enhancing retail performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences across all retail locations. Stacey will continue to oversee all our Retail locations as well as our Merchandising Department. Tim Clouse to Senior Vice President, Operations: Tim will lead efforts to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency company-wide. Tim will continue to oversee our Distribution Centers as well as our Operations, Supply Chain, and Home Delivery Departments. Kim Harkness to Vice President, Marketing, Communications, and Community Outreach: Kim will continue advancing Broad River’s internal and external marketing and communications efforts as well as all our internal events and our community outreach programs.
